Government social welfare office providing free face-to-face and telephonic counselling to survivors of rape, sexual assault, domestic violence and gender-based violence (GBV). Services include psychosocial support, child protection, after-hours emergency response, and referrals to shelters, legal aid and health services. Social workers are available to assist with protective orders, family mediation and access to social grants.
