Who ITN serves
ITN explicitly serves children, adolescents, and adults — including GBV survivors, sexual violation victims, trauma survivors, employees in workplace crisis, and ministry workers experiencing burnout or vicarious trauma. One of ITN's distinctive features is that it also serves the helpers — offering professional supervision and dedicated support for counsellors, pastors, and care workers who carry the weight of others' trauma.

Individual counselling and crisis intervention — trauma-sensitive pastoral counselling, available face-to-face in Garsfontein/Pretoria and online nationally. Fee-bearing; bookable online at itn.org.za or barbaralouw.com.
"My Breakthrough" course — a structured group programme offered at churches and organisations, designed to help participants process trauma and move toward wellness. This is one of ITN's most widely delivered programmes.
Weekly trauma support groups in Pretoria — regular group support specifically for trauma survivors, providing peer support and structured healing in a contained, confidential environment.
Professional supervision — ITN offers a dedicated professional supervision programme for counsellors, pastors, and care workers working with traumatised individuals. This is a critical service: it supports the secondary trauma that helping professionals absorb in their work.
CPD/CPTD/CEU training workshops — accredited continuing professional development for pastors, teachers, educators, social workers, and counsellors. Topics include trauma, bullying, embitterment, victim support, wellness coaching, and Christian counselling models.
EAP onsite services — corporate Employee Assistance Programme services, offered onsite to businesses. Includes trauma debriefing, counselling, and crisis response.
