Victim Empowerment Centre (VEC) based at a SAPS police station, providing a supportive and safe environment for victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and those affected by HIV/AIDS. The centre offers crisis counselling, emotional support, and practical assistance to help victims navigate the reporting and recovery process. In addition to direct victim support, the VEC conducts community outreach and education programmes to inform and empower individuals about their rights and available services.
